DAY HIKE: Fletcher Peak Loop

Altitude: 7780'-10,319'
Terrain Description: On ascent up Hummingbird Hollow, steep class 1-2, with occasional class 3, all trail on descent
Approximate Hiking Time: 6-7 hours

This is a loop hike going to both summits of Fletcher Peak. We will park at North Loop Trailhead, then start our hike by hiking down the road a mile and a half or so to the route up Hummingbird Hollow. It is a steep canyon route with some trail in places. There will be class 2, with some class 3 possibly sprinkled in. I have done this route before, but not in the past 20 years!

After summitting both summits of Fletcher Peak, we will follow the use trail down to North Loop and follow it back to the vehicles. Should be a fun adventure and good training!
