Weekends and sometimes after work during daylight savings time. Easy runs and rides on road and trails, stretching and body weight exercises, other ideas as requested. All events will be to the groups ability. All paces and abilities are welcome. Organizer is not a professional. You are responsible for your own safety.
**Expectation and Responsibility of Each Event Participant and their guest(s)**
By signing up for any event organized by this group, you are acknowledging and agree that:
- You and your guest(s) are voluntarily participating in any event and take part in these events at your own risk and knowing your own capabilities.
- You and your guest(s) understand and fully assume all risks associated with participating in these events and are responsible to keep yourself safe during the event.
- You and your guest(s) are responsible for your own safety, including bringing whatever equipment, fuel, hydration, etc. you need to safely participate in the activity.
- You and your guest(s) will not attend the event if you're not feeling well in any way that would affect your ability to participate in the event or affect the health of other participants.
- The Organizer/Host of an event in this group is not a professional guide. Any information or direction provided at any time for this event is general in nature, subject to change, and to be followed at your sole discretion. In addition, you and your guest(s) further agree to release and discharge the Organizer/Host of the Late Risers Athletic Club Meetup Group from and against any and all liability arising from your participation in the group activities.
- You and your guest(s) allow the use any event photographs, videos, recordings, or other records of these events and your participation for Late Risers Athletic Club promotional purposes.
