This is a peer-led support group for everyone. It’s a welcoming, low-pressure space to connect with others who understand what living with ADHD can be like.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to attend. You don’t need to prepare anything. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you like—listening quietly is completely okay.
The first meeting will focus on:

  • Getting to know the group
  • Setting shared ground rules
  • Light discussion about what people hope to get from the group

This is not therapy and no medical advice will be given. The goal is mutual support, shared experience, and reducing isolation.
You’re welcome to arrive late, take breaks, fidget, move around, or leave early if needed. Come as you are.
