### ✳️ Format

Each session focuses on one featured member presenting their current project or tool, followed by an open “play session” where we download, setup, test, and break things together.

## 🧷 Ground Rules

This isn’t a lecture series. It’s a sandbox for the curious and committed. Some basic expectations:

1. Show Up or Fade Out
   Membership is by invitation and not guaranteed. Ghost too many meetings and we’ll assume your attention has drifted into another vector space.
2. Share Your Work
   Expect to present a project once to twice a year. Presentations are informal—share your screen, half-baked idea, demo a thing, walk us through your workflow. Try to impress your peers.
3. Supportive Growth Culture
   We’re here to level up and ride the edge of the wave. Keep feedback constructive, curiosity high, and ego checked. Critique is welcome, but don’t be a jerk about it.
4. Powers for Good
   Sometimes we organize to do something useful—help a cause, build a tool for public service, or just nudge society in the right direction using unnatural intelligence.
5. Powers for Mischief
   More often, we build things because they amuse us, bonus points if it seeps into society at large. Mischief is fun, not harmful.
6. Confidentiality is Expected
   If someone flags something as private—an unreleased idea, workflow, or method—it stays in the group. Confidentiality is expected
