ラテン音楽に合わせて体を動かす楽しさを、一緒に体験してみませんか？
梅田エリアのダンススタジオで、初心者向けのサルサレッスンを開催します！
「ダンスは初めて」「サルサって難しそう…」という方も大歓迎！ダンス経験もサルサ経験も必要ありません。ストレッチや基礎練習から、ペアワークまで、自分のペースで楽しく学んでいきましょう。

レッスンのあとは、自由に踊りながら復習できる練習時間もあります。先生やほかの参加者と一緒に踊ったり、分からなかったことを質問したりしながら、リラックスして練習できます！

新しい趣味を見つけたい方、ラテン音楽が好きな方、体を動かしてリフレッシュしたい方も、ぜひ気軽に遊びに来てください！

動きやすい服装であれば、自由なスタイルでご参加いただけます！
※スタジオ内は土足厳禁です。ダンスシューズや室内用シューズをお持ちでない方は、靴下で踊っていただいても大丈夫です。

Ever wanted to try salsa dancing? Here's your chance to give it a go!
Join us for beginner-friendly salsa lessons at a dance studio in the Umeda area of Osaka. Whether you've never danced before or are completely new to salsa, you're more than welcome! We'll start with the basics and work our way through simple exercises and partner work in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

And the fun doesn't have to stop when the lesson ends! Stick around for an optional practice session where you can dance to music, try out what you've learned, practice with the instructors or other students, and ask any questions you might have.

Looking for a new hobby, love Latin music, or simply want to get moving and try something different? Come join us and discover what makes salsa so much fun!

5:30–6:00 PM | Optional Practice Session
Enjoy some music and put what you've learned into practice! Dance with the instructors or other students, revisit anything you found challenging, and ask questions in a relaxed, informal setting.

🎒 What to Bring

• A bottle of water
• A face towel
• Dance shoes or indoor shoes, if you have them

Wear anything comfortable that allows you to move freely. No special dancewear is needed!
Please note that outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the studio. If you don't have dance or indoor shoes, dancing in socks is absolutely fine.
Come as you are, take your first steps into salsa, and enjoy an afternoon of music, movement, and fun. We look forward to dancing with you!
