Aberdeen Latin Motion Groove and Flow

We are getting together for another session of Aberdeen Latin Motion Groove and Flow. This is an open practice space designed for anyone who enjoys Latin dance and wants to put in some time on the floor without the pressure of a formal class. Whether you are working on your footwork, trying to get comfortable with partner work, or just want to spend a couple of hours moving to music, this is your chance to practice in a relaxed environment.

The session is open to all skill levels and styles within the Latin community. We keep things informal, so feel free to bring your own music requests or simply turn up ready to dance and share a few steps with others. It is a great way to meet fellow dancers in Aberdeen and build some confidence before heading out to the socials. If you have been looking for a consistent time to brush up on your movement, we would love to have you join us.
