Spend the day adventuring as we head to the mountains! Stone Mountain State Park in Roaring Gap, NC is home to a National Natural Landmark, the massive granite monadnock of Stone Mountain. This loop hike on the Stone Mountain trail is 5 miles round trip with approximately 1000 feet of elevation gain. This trail is considered a strenuous trail. Bring a lunch to enjoy on the trail.

Sit back and relax, transportation to the park is provided. Meet at the Quest Nature Center.
