For many of us, relaxing is easier said than done! How do you calm your mind and body to de-stress in nature? We’ll share some tips and tools to slow down, relax, and enjoy the outdoors restfully. Get cozy with a hammock, picnic blanket, or chair, and follow along on a peaceful activity to help you observe and reconnect to nature.
This program is appropriate and accessible for people of any physical ability or outdoor skill level. Bring a friend to enjoy the fall air along the trail or pack a picnic to make a day of it!
