Weekend Getaway: Morrow Mountain State Park

Spend the day adventuring as we head to the Uwharrie mountains. The Fall Mountain Loop Trail at Morrow Mountain State Parks follows a portion of the Lake Tillery shoreline before heading to the summit. This loop hike is 4-miles round trip with approximately 500 feet of elevation gain. This trail is considered a moderate trail. Bring a lunch to enjoy at the summit. If time allows, we will visit the museum on-site and drive to the Morrow Mountain overlook. Transportation included!
