Welcome, everyone! Since 2008, we've been uplifting the community with all things Yoga + Full / New Moon events, Cacao Ceremonies, Sound Healing Baths, Walking, Dancing, Fitness Fusions, Cold Plunge, Social Gatherings, Nature Bathing, and more! Please take a moment to read the information below.
- Our community is open to all shapes, sizes, and levels of practice. We especially welcome newcomers!
- It's free to join our group: Most Meetups will have a cost; some may require prepayment, while others may be free. Be sure to read each description carefully to catch all the important details.
- About RSVPs: Please RSVP and keep your status updated so other members can see. We utilize various community outlets for postings, and updates may not be reflected in the RSVP from this group.

The instructor will demonstrate and guide the session using a high-quality audio system, ensuring everyone can follow along with ease. You're encouraged to skip any parts that don't resonate with you. Class is suitable for all levels & newbies.
