30 minutes of laughter-infused movement and interactive games to stimulate positivity, creativity, energy and joy.

This class happens every two weeks on the following dates:

Dress comfortably for ease of movement and breathing. Street clothes are fine. Keep some drinking water handy - lots of laughing can make you thirsty!

Eat lightly beforehand, or wait until after, as laughing on a full stomach can be uncomfortable.

There will be time to linger after the class to chat with others, share, ask questions.

This FREE class will be recorded. However, the link to the recording will be Private and therefore will not be findable by the public at large.

Free Mid-Day Stress Interrupter Class Information

How it works:
We will be using the Zoom video conferencing application.
Desktops, laps, tablets and smart phones are all welcome.
Login details can be accessed by submitting your RSVP for this event

How to prepare:
Never used Zoom? Visit zoom.us/test beforehand to do a test and adjust your audio and video settings. It takes about 5 minutes the first time.
For best audio and video results we recommend that you connect with a computer that’s directly wired to a modem.
If you need to use WiFi, come as close as you can to the emitting modem.

IMPORTANT: Please read in full

If you're new to Zoom, show up 5 minutes early to test the system and work out the kinks before we begin

If you're new to Laughter Yoga it's important to attend from the beginning so that you hear the preliminary instructions for getting the most out of the class

This will be an interactive experience. The use of video & audio functions is the most ideal way to receive the full benefits this class has to offer.

Your host will greet you as you enter the Zoom room, invite you to say hello & to share where you're calling from.

If you are having any trouble with the audio function, then you can use the chat function to communicate.
