What we’re about
Welcome to Laugh Factory.
This is a space for joy, funny stories, awkward moments, and real laughter OUT LOUD. Laughter is contagious. It’s one of the most beautiful emotions we can generate for ourselves, anytime, anywhere, no matter what’s going on in life.
Come prepared. This group is not about trying to be funny or making others laugh. It’s about sharing what made you laugh and why - something that happened in your life that you now find funny. It’s for people who are willing to share a personal funny story (not making fun of others), an embarrassing moment, a moment that brought joy, or something you’ve learned to laugh about. This group is also for those who simply enjoy listening to other people’s happy stories. But be prepared to laugh, otherwise you might be called out to show us your laugh. :) We laugh together, at ourselves, and at how life sometimes tries to be funny. Ultimately, we’re strengthening our ability to notice joy everywhere and spread this love, through laughter.
This is a light-hearted and respectful space.
We tease, we make fun of each other, and we laugh until we cry. Vulgarity may be used, not to harm, but to express the intensity of the emotion (you know!!). All in good spirit, from a place of love and respect. We celebrate mishaps, moments of joy, silliness, and the simple pleasure of enjoying each other’s stories, company, and life.
Come as you are. You don’t need to be funny. You just need to be willing to laugh.
