Laughing can provide a workout for your cardiovascular, pulmonary and respiratory systems. When you laugh, your diaphragm, chest and abdominal muscles tighten. This makes the lungs work harder by forcing stale air out and allowing fresh air deeper into the lungs. (According to the American Lung Association). This helps remove any tension in your body.

We laugh out loud for about 10-15 minutes with some deep breathing in between, TAPPING, Ho'Oponopono and a little AbunDANCE.
