Join Laughter Coach Michele Caskey for a quick pick-me-up of unconditional and unbridled laughter where we laugh on purpose without anything needing to be funny and lift ourselves up so we're able to thrive with a big smile, no matter what the world throws at us. Laughter exercises, improvisation games and laughter meditation will have us fully giddy and in a high vibe state.

*Please come if you are feeling healthy and well. Because of the nature of laughter and how we breathe rambunctiously masks are not recommended. Participants can opt in to maintaining a 6 ft distance.
