This is a group for anyone who wishes to cultivate their spirit of joy in everyday life, and to experience new ways to face the challenges of life in a positive and creative way. As a Joy Coach and Laughter Yoga Teacher, I am thrilled to share a journey of joy through a series of empowering activities, including experiential laughter and breathing sessions, that help us free ourselves from the self-made boundaries that limit our authenticity. The fundamental approach to being joyful is to suspend judgment towards ourselves and others, and to experience the world with wonder and acceptance, just like joyful children do. Laugh with the world and the world will laugh back! Everyone is welcome to join and propose new activities.
