What we’re about

We are a group of FUN individuals that use sustained laughter as a practice for spiritual and emotional well-being.

We meet together in a yoga studio or in a parc where a certified laughter yoga teacher leads the participants through our tested and proved method.
No matter how old you are or where you're from, with our method anybody can experience the benefits of sustained laughter.

Participation is on a donation basis. Exchanges are also welcome.

See below for some general information about laughter yoga if you're new to this practice:

Laughter yoga is a tried and tested method to allow anybody to experience the positive benefits of sustained laughter.
A typical laughter yoga session begins with several warm-up exercises to loosen up the body, mind and voice.
Afterwards, several laughter exercises are introduced that anybody can perform regardless of how serious you are. These exercises build on the contagiousness of laughter in a group to spark real laughter in each participant.
After unlocking each participant's laughter through these exercises, we move into laughter meditation where we allow the laughter to flow as it naturally comes up in each participant.
Again, the contagiousness of hearing other participants' laughter naturally sparks laughter in yourself.
And before you know it, you’ll be laughing like you haven’t in a long time. Or maybe forever?
To end, we allow the laughter to settle down in a relaxation exercise in which we come to a natural resting state.
Previous participants have used different terms to describe their state after enjoying a laughter workshop.

Sustained laughter has a different effect on everybody.
