No yoga poses.

Laughter exercises & deep breathing to uplift the spirits and boost your health. A great way to connect with others. If you haven't tried it yet, you are in for a treat. Try a little laughter cocktail to liven the senses, yay!

JOIN US AT ROSE TREE PARK's OUTDOOR AMPHITHEATER just around the corner from where we have been meeting on Sundays.

It's always a good idea to arrive 10 mins. early to sign in.
