Come on down to the Swarthmore Park Avenue Community (PAC) Center on Sunday, June 28 at 4 PM for some uplifting and de-stressing laughter exercise, a.k.a. Laughter Yoga!
Bring a bottle of water and a grumpy friend!
This is a complimentary session.
We will be outdoors if the weather permits.
Otherwise, find us inside the Park Avenue Community (PAC) Center.

The sessions will be led by Alexa Drubay, certified Laughter Yoga Master Trainer and Director www. LaughterYogawithAlexa.com and Director of the non profit www.laughteryogausa.org.

Laughter Yoga is a global laughter exercise program created by Dr.Madan Kataria, a medical doctor from Mumbai, India. He started his first laughter club in 1995 and since then it has spread to 120+ countries and to thousands of in person and online laughter clubs. This year we will be celebrating 31 years of Laughter Yoga!

No experience necessary. All you need is the willingness to laugh more for your health.
No poses and mats required. Dress comfortably. Pack a bottle of water.

All exercises can be performed seated, standing or moving throughout the room.

We practice a series of yogic deep breathing exercises and laughter exercises (based on everyday situations).
Participants will experience the 4 Elements of Joy (laughter, singing, dancing and play). You will feel calmer and refreshed after the session.
