In Laughter Yoga, we laugh because we can and for no reason!

Through this return of childlike wonder and simple Laughter exercises, we take back control of our bodies and lives – and infuse ourselves with lightness, fun, and positivity.

Laughter Yoga is a great way to wake up your body, start your day, and make new friends – all at the same time!

This session will be facilitated by certified Laughter Yoga leader Dr. Martha Tara Lee.

You will not be requiring yoga mats.

On accessibility – The recording will only be recording the presenter. Since the session is on Zoom, you can choose to turn your video off, rename yourself, stay muted and participate to the level you’re comfortable with. Captions will be turned on. Recording will be made available for 30 days for those who register.
