Celebrate World Laughter day and spread the fun! This is a free 30min online Laughter session to boost your immune system, train your heart and simply feel good.
Laughing improves your wellbeing, boosts your immune system and helps to release stress, anxiety and tension. The Laughter Yoga method was made popular by an Indian physician Dr. Madan Kataria, who researched and found many health benefits in practising Laughter and Breathing techniques for an extended period of time.

A session typically includes laughter exercises, playful movement, breathing techniques, clapping, eye-contact and childlike playfulness... until your Laughter becomes contagious.
