Laughter Yoga with Jaime Brown: Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing

Join me for Laughter Nidra with Sound Healing! Take back control of how you feel with the vibrational energies of laughter and sound. Remember, you have a choice, choose to join us and make yourself feel better.

Everyone can participate, all ages, disabilities, and genders. Get the whole family involved and experience the healing medicine throughout your entire home. This class can be modified and can be done sitting in a chair. Just follow along as best you can, the most important part is the laughter.

Laughing for no reason is a purely physical process that uses simple breathing techniques and fun laughter exercises to elicit laughter, without relying on humor, jokes, or comedy. It’s based on the scientific fact that the body cannot tell the difference between pretend and real laughter.
