Half hour laughter yoga sessions!

We will meet via zoom 7.30 -8 pm

(housemates,couples, friends, pets, parents welcome to join in too from same device:)

All welcome no previous experience necessary to join

These sessions are suitable for sitting or standing. All ages and abilities.

Playful,silly and fun exercises guided by an experienced laughter yoga leader to initiate our real laughter
