..Anyone who wishes to experience the uplifting and joyful , playful laughter exercises and Learn some tools to take with you to use in your life and share with others
Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, the exercises are adaptable and as always only an invitation, optional to participate as little or as much as you wish, as your energy allows
Unfortunately this venue does not have a lift so not accessible for wheelchair users at this time
(As the rooms are all upstairs)
