We will start by giving you tools for reflecting on 2016, and guide you in a visualization activity for strategically focussing your 2017 efforts. You will walk away from this workshop with clarity and specific next steps for getting your 2017 strategic plan off the ground.

About Our Facilitator

Ariana Friedlander, MPA is a community organizer, a social entrepreneur and the Founder of Rosabella Consulting, LLC. She specializes in helping leaders doing business as UNusualnavigate co-creating conversations with their teams and customers. Her unique coaching and facilitation style creates conditions for collaborative conversations by modeling shared leadership. Ariana's first book, "A Misfit Entrepreneur’s Guide to Building a Business Your Way” was released in the fall of 2016. Ariana made the Northern Colorado 40 Under Forty list in 2015 and received the 4th Annual Quid Novi award for Innovative Thought for EntrepreNerds™.

She is a Certified Conversational Intelligence Coach, has her Master's in Organizational Leadership from the University of Delaware and her BA from Hampshire College.
