Walking with Gratitude: An Empathy Journey in Nature

Details
Join us for a gentle, meditative walk through the forest—an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and awaken gratitude. This 2 hour Empathy Walk is centered on noticing what needs in us are being met, and how we can anchor ourselves in appreciation, even in the midst of life’s movement.
Guided by simple prompts and moments of silence, we’ll walk mindfully, alternating between walking in pairs (sharing and listening) and walking alone (reflecting and observing). This is not a hike or a fitness walk—it’s an invitation to be with what is, in the company of trees and kind humans. We will not be walking for the full 2 hours. The journey will be interspersed with breaks, sharing and quiet contemplation.
Whether you’re familiar with Nonviolent Communication or just curious about deepening your connection with yourself and others, you’re warmly welcome.
🌿 No prior experience necessary.
🌳 Bring comfortable shoes, water, and curiosity.
☀️ In case of rain, we’ll walk with umbrellas—or reschedule, depending on the mood of the forest.
Let’s walk with gratitude, and let the forest remind us what it feels like to be fully alive.
