### Attending the Healing Breathwork Session
- Register and login on the Soul Dimension website
- Connect on Zoom 10 minutes before Healing Breathwork Session start time and silence cell phones
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Refrain from eating 1.5 to 2 hours before practice
- A yoga mat and a blanket might help you feel comfortable

- The Healing Breathwork session is conducted online using the Zoom Meetings application, so be sure to have a reliable internet connection.
- You will receive the login instructions in the order confirmation email just after the purchase.
Contraindications: If you have cardiovascular disease, a recent surgery, stroke or heart attack, schizophrenia, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, glaucoma, retinal detachment, epilepsy, asthma, psychiatric condition, taking medications for an illness or injury, or any other physical or mental health condition or concern that might effect your participation in class, please ask your doctor if exercise and breathwork are safe for you before attending any classes with Soul Dimension.
