🌾 Fall Flow: Nature, Reflection, & New Faces 🌾
Details
A waterside walk to breathe, connect, and unwind.
Join us for a refreshing evening walk through Falls Township Community Park, where paved lakeside paths, open sky, and the rustle of reeds offer the perfect setting to reconnect—with nature, with others, and with yourself.
This is your midweek reset: gentle movement, meaningful conversation, and that unmistakable fall energy in the air. Whether you're seeking inspiration, new connections, or just a pause from the hustle, this walk invites you to slow down and step into presence.
🌿 What to Expect:
- Paved Lakeside Loop: We’ll walk the ~3-mile loop around the lake at Falls Township Park. This scenic trail offers wide, paved paths—perfect for a relaxed pace and easy movement.
- Curated Conversation Prompts: From playful to profound, these questions help spark real conversations (think: What are you looking forward to next?).
- Rotating Partners: Every 15 minutes we’ll gently switch conversation partners to invite new perspectives and friendly faces.
- Closing Reflection: At the end, we’ll gather for a short group circle to share insights or simply enjoy a moment of stillness together.
🎒 What to Bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Water bottle
- Bug and tick repellent — we’ll be near the water and brush
- Optional: Walking stick or trekking pole
- Layers for fall temps (it may cool quickly after sunset)
- An open heart and mind
This walk is open to anyone looking to stretch their legs, meet kind humans, and live life just a little more out loud. ✨
Feel free to invite a friend! 🧡
