"Seeking a Friend for the End of the World" "Don't Look Up" "2012" 3IATLAS Party

EVENT HAS CHANGED TO START AT 5 PM
AND JUST BE A MOVIE WATCHING POT LUCK!

First it was gonna be a Chili, Stew, and Soup Cook Off between a few friends. But that happened to fall on December 19th, which is the day the interstellar object known as 3I/ATLAS is supposed to be closest to the Earth (which is still 1.8 times the distance to the sun). So it became obvious that we needed to have a "Seeking a Friend for the End of the World" Party, didn't it?

We were gonna start things earlier and show two more movies but a last minute issue prevented the early start. And since one of the main 'competitors' can't make the cook-off, we're just going to have a plain old Pot Luck, so bring whatever you wanna share.

"Seeking a Friend" will start at 5. We'll follow that with the hilarious "This is the End" and crown the evening with Edgar Wright's "The World's End" starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost from Shaun of the Dead.
