Living in a free country, we have the freedom to choose what to do in most situations. But how do we know what the best choice is? How do we choose what to do when there are so many options, and we don't even know what most of those options are? When we do make a decision, what can we do to make the best out of that decision?

Why do we make bad choices when we know they are bad choices as we make them? What can we do about it?

These are the ideas that we will explore this evening. The format will be a discussion where we can all share our ideas.
