In this semester’s series, we will explore essential teachings that help us understand the mind, reduce suffering, and cultivate clarity in daily life:

What You’ll Learn:
Suffering (Dukkha) – What it truly means and why it arises
The Causes of Suffering – How habits, desires, and attachments shape our experiences
The Cessation of Suffering – Practical methods to free the mind
The Path Out of Suffering – Guidance toward peace, awareness, and compassion
Each class includes guided meditation, practical instruction, and supportive discussion suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Before You Come:
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete enrollment and settle in
Cell phones must be turned off, inside the Zen Center
• Wear comfortable, modest clothing – Please avoid shorts, yoga pants, leggings, crop tops, sleeveless tops, shorts, or revealing clothing – Socks required

This is a welcoming, peaceful environment where you can learn, reflect, and take an important step toward improving your mental and spiritual well-being.
