Join the Lay Disciples of Chung Tai Zen Center of Houston for a transformative mindfulness meditation class designed to support your well-being.
In this class, we’ll explore mindfulness meditation as a tool for stress relief, self-empowerment, and spiritual growth. Along with guided meditation, you’ll also learn key Buddhist principles such as:
- The Principle of Causality – understanding how causes and conditions shape our experiences
- Karma – what it is, how it works, and its role in our daily lives
- Suffering and Its Causes – why it arises and how to overcome it
- The Path Out of Suffering – practical guidance toward peace and clarity
Whether you’re new to meditation or have some experience, this class offers clear instruction and a welcoming environment to help you grow.
