A: Comfortable clothes you can move in, water, and a journal. Yoga mats provided if needed.

A: Possibly. This work can bring up stored emotions for release. This is natural and supported within the session.
Q: How is this different from other healing work?
A: We work simultaneously on somatic, energetic, and subconscious levels. Most healing approaches work on one level at a time. This integrated approach often creates faster and more lasting shifts.
