Light on the Ocean Beach Walking Meditation

Enjoy the beauty of the ocean beach, the smell of the salt air, the sounds of the seagulls, the softness of the sand on your feet, while allowing yourself to receive the benefits of a walking meditation experience!

We will prepare for our walking meditation by going through a brief guided awareness exercise to assist participants in awareness while walking:

  1. Becoming aware of your breathing
  2. Noticing aspects your surroundings
  3. Being attentive to your body's movement
  4. Taking some time to reflect on your experience afterwards.

You may add to the experience with a personal mantra or one chosen from an available card deck of beautiful uplifting mantras.
