Do you know small changes in habits can help you achieve life-changing goals?
Just by waking up slightly earlier, or starting to save a small amount, you can achieve your life goals.
If you are trying to achieve any of these goals:
* Improving physical health, or bettering your weight management
* Learning new skills or attaining new qualifications
* Starting a new business or project
* Building financial resilience or saving for a first home
* Or simply becoming better at time management and more efficient with personal duties
All you need is a little more time to invest and to be more mindful with your savings/ spending.
We know it's always easier said than done, and that's why this peer support group is here to support you throughout the journey, for as far as you can go.
### How It Works
* We pledge to wake up 30, 60, or 90 minutes earlier on weekdays, or 2 to 3 hours earlier on weekends, and use these hours to work on your goals.
* We pledge to save $10, $20, or more per day to start mindful investing and building your financial goals (which may well become a pillar of your other life goals).
* Or you can pledge on other small habits that are suitable for your goals and stay consistent with your pledge.

### Support Group Activities
* **Monthly Brunch:** Join our monthly Saturday brunch to meet your support group peers and mingle. (Exact date to be announced.)
* **Zoom Meeting:** We meet every Sunday at 9 PM to share your progress, highlights, and lowlights of the week.
* **Morning Check-ins:** Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday via a WhatsApp group chat. (You can opt out anytime).
