Soul line dancing is choreographed dance moves that you do in a group, without a partner typically to R&B, hip-hop, soul and contemporary music. It can count as exercise by keeping you moving and active. Learning the steps and patterns also helps your cognitive and muscle memory. It is also a very social activity, building relationships and becoming part of a larger community.

This will be an all-levels class: teaching everyone from beginners to those wanting to challenge themselves. All levels are welcome!

**This class is recommended for students who already know the language of line dance and can follow voice instruction. **

This class will offer variety with time to just dance and have fun during whatever time remains. Both new and classic line dances will be in rotation.

Come join us the Saturday after Christmas for an All-Request Dance session before you jump back into your week. All levels are welcome and encouraged.
