Title: "Cultivating Collaboration: A Practical Approach to Building Team Culture"

These questions are not easy when people share an office, with remote and hybrid working it is even harder. So I want to share some pracitcal advice on how to recognise and promote team work in a fun way to get people working effectively together and enjoying it.
