Adult Indoor Volleyball - LDS & Friends

Welcome!
We are an indoor volleyball group that has been active for almost 3 years. Players 18 years and older are welcome. Please be familiar with the following expectations before signing up:

• No spikes allowed—that includes any hard fast hit (however, hard fast serves are allowed).
• Use only clean and respectful language.
• Do not come unless you make it onto the “going” list.
• Cancellations need to occur the day before the event, unless you have a last-minute emergency that you communicate to me.
• No shows and late cancellations will result in you being removed from your next three events.
• Good sportsmanship is expected, which includes supporting other players in a positive way and controlling your own behavior and emotions.
• If you play to the end of the evening, usually around 9:30 or 9:45, you are expected to stay and help take down the nets and/or help search the building. If you are not able to do this, then don’t stay for the last game. It only takes about five minutes when everybody helps.
• Current players will be asked to contribute $5 once every six months to help cover the Meetup subscription cost. This fee is due in July and January.
• If you are on the waitlist, most of our cancellations happen the day before or the day of the event. Please have your notifications turned on and be ready to respond.

If you love volleyball, have a competitive spirit, and practice good sportsmanship, you are more than welcome to give us a try!
