The art of hoop dance hula hoop class

Learn the art of hula hoop in a beautiful secret garden. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes and bring hydration. This 1 hour class will burn more than 420 calories so plan on getting a good workout!

Your first class is FREE, then you can purchase a class card of 8 classes for just $80, or continue to drop in for $20/class. Training hoops are provided. If you are interested in purchasing your own, I have some readymade hoops available and I can make your custom hoop request too. Please check in and arrive early as class space is limited to 10. The garden is open at 5:15 and I encourage you to show up early to socialize and enjoy the peaceful setting.
