GROW invites The Coding Train & Daniel Shiffman for a 2 hours free workshop

As part of our role in GROW Paris 2018 organization, we are very proud to host The Coding Train and his creator Daniel Shiffman, for an exclusive FREE workshop!

What's in the program? Two hours dedicated to an intro to Machine Learning in JavaScript with ml5.js 😍

Daniel will explain how to classify images with a pre-trained model and how to train your own model with a technique called "transfer learning." He'll also demo some other features of ml5 and discuss plans for the library in 2019.

⚠️ Attendees who want to code along should have basic knowledge of JavaScript and p5.js and bring a laptop with a modern browser that supports WEBGL ⚠️

Daniel Shiffman is an Associate Arts Professor at the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. He is a director of The Processing Foundation and develops tutorials, examples, and libraries for Processing and p5.js. He is the author of Learning Processing and The Nature of Code. He can be found talking incessantly on the YouTube channel The Coding Train.
