What we’re about
Welcome to Le Trente – a space where mindfulness, creativity, and authentic connection converge.
We're a social learning studio and community of practice, rooted in Geneva and accessible online to the world. Here, we explore what it means to live and work with more consciousness, compassion, and creative spark.
What brings us together:
Mindfulness & Meditation – Weekly practices including loving-kindness (metta), mindful movement, and guided meditations that help you find your center
Conscious Leadership – Workshops that bridge professional excellence with mindful presence
Creative Exploration – Writing, storytelling, and artistic practices that connect you to your essence
Intimate Gatherings – In-person workshops located near Geneva's Gare Cornavin
Brilliant Masterclasses – Expert-led sessions on everything from mindful communication to strategic thinking
Why Le Trente? In numerology, 30 resonates with creative and social energies – it's about optimism, imagination, and the ability to uplift others. Perfect for what we're creating together: a network of light where people connect authentically and grow purposefully.
You belong here if:
- You're seeking meaningful connections beyond surface-level networking
- You're curious about integrating mindfulness into daily life (beginners especially welcome!)
- You believe personal growth and professional success can beautifully coexist
- You're ready to explore, question, and transform alongside a supportive community
- You value both the convenience of online learning and the magic of in-person connection
Born from a simple desire to create spaces where business acumen meets contemplative practice, Le Trente offers a unique blend of practical wisdom and heartfelt exploration.
About the founder: Anne V Mühlethaler – former luxury fashion executive (17 years at Christian Louboutin), now a coach, consultant, and mindfulness teacher who believes everything in life can be solved by better communication - and Loving Kindness. After years of keeping her business and contemplative lives separate, she finally understood how to weave them together. Le Trente is the result.
Together with a growing circle of expert facilitators and teachers, we're building a community where transformation happens through shared experiences and genuine connection.
Join us as we make magic happen through connection, growth, and the courage to show up authentically.

Not always calm, but always welcome
Let's be real—sometimes when we try to pause, our minds feel like a tornado of thoughts, worries, and endless to-do lists. Mindful Together is not about achieving perfect peace, but about meeting yourself exactly where you are. A 30-minute practice where scattered thoughts are welcome, restlessness is understood, and gentleness is our only goal.
What We'll Explore
- Meditation that doesn't demand perfection
- Practical tools for working with whatever arises
- A compassionate community that embraces our beautifully messy human experience
- Guidance that meets you exactly where you are—no zen required
Our rootsInspired by Buddhist wisdom, though our classes are secular, our practice acknowledges that mindfulness isn't about stopping your thoughts—it's about changing your relationship to them, fostering a loving awareness toward our experience, whatever it may be like, moment by moment. Secular, kind, and refreshingly honest.
Come as you are
- Zoom link will be waiting
- Cushion or chair—whatever feels comfortable (you can also choose to lie down if that feels more supportive)
- Bring your busy mind, your restlessness, your curiosity
- No prior meditation experience necessary - this is a general class
About the teacher
Anne Mühlethaler is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher (MMTCP), 250-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT), and professional certified coach. A former fashion executive turned mindfulness guide, she brings warmth, humor, and real-world wisdom from her training with renowned teachers like Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and the Nalanda Institute. Her journey from boardrooms to meditation cushions reminds us that transformation is possible, one breath at a time.
