Join me for an immersive in-person workshop where we explore the power of Mindfulness and Lovingkindness.

This hour-long workshop is part of a short series to introduce the combined practices of Mindfulness and Loving Kindness. Often called the two wings of mindfulness, Mindfulness and Loving Kindness encourage wisdom and compassion. Both meditation practices derive from Buddhism and are taught in a secular context.
We’ll meet in a calming room and open with a lecture on the practices, then engage in several guided meditations. You need only bring yourself and an open mind.
This workshop is a great opportunity for those curious to try meditation and who don't quite understand how to get started or the benefits of the practice.

### FAQ

Can anyone benefit from these workshops?
These workshops are designed for everyone, from first-time meditators to those with a regular meditation practice. Anne has seen the impact of mindfulness & Loving Kindness meditation on her own life as much as with peers and students. This offering is meant to guide you on your mindfulness journey.

What’s the difference between these workshops and other forms of mindfulness training?

There are a tremendous number of mindfulness resources online and offline nowadays. This series of workshops has been created specifically for those who want to learn in person, and aims to give a generous overview of mindfulness practices by a skilled, certified teacher.

These classes are supplemented by guided practices, cheat sheets and extra resources as well as access to the Out of the Clouds community.
