What's this Workshops about?

Did you know there are over 400 distinct sets of values? Yet, each of us is primarily driven by just 5 to 7 core values that shape our goals, behaviors, and decisions, ultimately defining how we perceive the world. Surprisingly, very few people consciously reflect on what their core values are, and oftentimes, they differ greatly from what we think they are.
Most companies have clearly defined sets of values. When we join an organization, we often try to align ourselves with those values, sometimes convincingly, sometimes less so. But when there's a significant misalignment, neither you nor the company truly benefit.
This workshop is designed to bridge that gap by helping you identify your true core values and understand their impact on your career choices and interactions.
