Innerlyse organise Australian based Study Tour Workshops for tech professionals.
A physical tour workshop involves 8-12 attendees, who meet for breakfast with their Guide, then travel together to meet a number of tutors throughout the day.
An online workshop is typically a 60-90 minute training session delivered online.
Tutors are carefully selected to bring highly relevant knowledge and personal experience from a more senior person from the same industry and profession as the attendees.
Physical meetings with tutors typically last 75 minutes, where tutors discuss the key challenges that the attendees will likely be experiencing, and facilitate open discussion between the group.
During transportation between tutor meetings, Tour Guides facilitate open discussion and peer-to-peer learning between attendees, reflecting on the lessons learned from the Hosts.
Physical tour workshops can be 1, 2 or 3 days, and all meals and refreshments are included.
Online workshops are significantly shorter, with multiple tutors lecturing for 15-30 minutes with verbal and written Q&A both during and after each lecture.
