Patrick Dubois:
After graduating from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in Computer Management, Patrick Dubois began his career as a computer specialist. He frequently received calls from IT recruitment firms wishing to recruit him as a headhunter. He soon realized that the "transactional model" and the philosophy of the recruitment world, based more on transactions than on people, didn't suit him. That's how the idea of Humanify was born, much more than an agency: a Consultancy in Recruitment Operations and Projects. To put it simply: 0% percentage or commission for customers... and the same goes for in-house recruiters, who are never paid per placement. Instead, flexible, tailor-made banks of hours or monthly subscriptions, to support each employer in its talent acquisition challenges. The formula has been successful since 2015, and the company's growth is exponential: with 50 employees by January 2022 in Quebec and Europe, the company intends to continue revolutionizing the recruitment market on a large scale... but on a human scale first!
Charlène Brahim:
