We are excited to welcome you to our first offline event in 2022 co-organized together with Women in Science Japan!

Build the most compelling resume content through an interactive workshop and roasting session with Olivia, Principal Consultant for Pharmaceuticals at Robert Walters Japan, and Gloria, Talent Acquisition Partner at Flatiron Health. This is a great opportunity to learn how to construct a stand-out resume, the do’s and don’ts of mastering your application.

For this session, we welcome women, gender minority persons and men who share our vision of women empowerment.

• 19:10-19:55- resume roasts for submitted resumes (5-7 minutes per resume)

If you want your resume to be roasted, please submit your resume ahead of time to sasha.kaverina@lewagon.org. If there are more resumes than time allows, we'll select the most interesting ones from a range of disciplines.

🚀 About Gloria

Originally from Australia, Gloria first came to Japan in 2014 and moved to Tokyo in 2017. From there, she started her recruiting career in Accounting/Finance and then moved to Clinical and Medical focused positions in Healthcare. She had been working with Flatiron as an agency recruiter since late 2020 and joined officially as their in-house talent acquisition in Mar. 2022.

Now, she is responsible for growing operations in Japan, whilst working closely with the US and UK teams.

🚀 About Olivia Li

Born in China and raised in Vancouver, Canada. Olivia first came to Japan as an exchange student during sophomore years at Osaka University. Later joined Robert Walters Japan – one of the largest global bilingual recruitment firms in Japan since 2017. During her tenure at Robert Walters Japan, Olivia is one of the top Performing Consultant in the Tokyo office and specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. She has supported her clients by placing high calibre candidates using different method and techniques, including direct sourcing, headhunting, and referrals, etc.
