🤓 Talk of the day:

Marcel will tell the story of the growth of Messagebird from 2017 and how they managed to rethink their onboarding to improve all kinds of things.

After the creation of the onboarding tribe they have successfully ~70 onboarded people in 2019 in product/engineering. There were plenty of failures, quite a lot of successes. Ultimately, the results are great, so they'd like to share some lessons they learned!
