• AI makes it easier to produce polished engineering output, but it can also make the gap between delivery and true capability harder to see. This talk gives engineering leaders a practical framework for understanding where their engineers are today across AI fluency and engineering judgment, and how to coach each group toward stronger independence, decision-making, and ownership.
