Talk: Turning leadership mistakes into a better future
Mistakes happen and Iβve made my fair share of them. For leaders, mistakes can often be more visible and even negatively impact people, teams or the business. This talk will cover some of the mistakes Iβve made like copying what other companies do thinking it will work for us, not taking onboarding seriously, or overlooking recognition for the teams. I will also share how these mistakes were turned into opportunities to create a better future for everyone involved.
