About us

Leaders Lab is a place where both senior and aspiring leaders from all across the UK tech industry can come to try, test, and prove their theories, but more importantly a place to learn alongside others in similar positions who often face similar challenges.

Leaders Lab is here, to create a safe space to connect people in technology. We are lifting the curtain on leadership conversations and making an inclusive event for people from early careers through to C-suite to have there say, with the aim that everyone can leave the room feeling more equipped to be the best they can be for their teams, their business and themselves.

We will be running roundtables and live Q&A sessions in both London and Manchester where we'll aim to bridge the gap between our established senior and future aspiring leaders.

We want to build and run events the Inara way, incorporating our values, we want to promote honesty, encourage curiosity. We want our events to be a place where we can see the best in other humans and a place where you can come and be no one but yourself.

So, following our Where’s Your Ops At? Leaders Lab with Catalyst 12, we’re bringing the conversation back for a live Q&A in Manchester.

Whether you're a founder navigating the realities of scaling, a senior leader tackling operational challenges every day, or an aspiring leader looking to learn from those with firsthand experience - this session is for you.

Hosted by Phil Woodbridge, COO at Catalyst 12, this is an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and hear honest conversations about what it really takes to build operational foundations that support growth.

Our original workshop focused on the areas where growth often exposes weaknesses: people, processes, systems and data.

It also helped attendees identify hidden friction, assess operational maturity and choose a priority fix to tackle over the next 90 days.
This follow-up session will give you the chance to:

Ask questions about the operational challenges you’re facing
Explore what may be causing friction across your business
Learn from the experiences of other leaders
Get practical guidance on what to prioritise next
Continue the conversations started in the workshop
