"There is no other Organization on the planet that has defined, developed or grew leadership competencies, over 2 centuries worth of trial and error, then the U.S. Army. NOT FAKE NEWS. Why don’t Companies ask or hire help from the Military? The answer, very literally is a wrong sense of understanding what the military does. Soldiers are simply War Mongers. We simply exist to kill. Again, a massive misunderstanding brought on by the media. In reality there are only two words that separate the US Military Mission and Corporate (Business) Mission statements or in other words, Why are we doing this?

Military Mission:
Operations conducted in hostile, politically sensitive environments to achieve military, diplomatic, informational, and/or economic objectives.

Corporate (Business):
Operations conducted in______, politically sensitive environments to achieve _______, diplomatic, informational and/or economic objectives.

So, come gather some information based on reality and not dictated by Academics or those in positions of authority who themselves are lost. Come listen to real experts define what a leader is and habits we look for when promoting people into positions of people management and leadership knowing that our people’s lives are very literally in our hands. Will I get my soldiers home alive to their families at the conclusion of this mission?
